I can only echo what everyone else is saying, it's very sad and he was a great dog. There would be no SBSD or Badge Man without Fergal either :huggles:

My heart goes out to Rob, :( even though we love all our dogs, there is always that one special one and I believe Fergal was that one for Rob. :huggles:

I first met Fergal when I picked up Freeway 8yrs ago. :wub: He will always stick in my mind for his houdini ways of opening gates and doors ......... a trait that Freeway also posesses.

Run free Fergal ! :huggles:

God Bless Fergal, gone but never forgotten. He will live on forever in his progeny.

I handled him once, a very long time ago, when he was a puppy. He got BOB that day, the judge obviously saw lots of promise in him, and he was right.
 
It is so sad to hear this even though I am new to the whippet world and did not know of Fergal :(

It is obvious that he is remembered with respect and admiration.

Please accept my condolencies on his passing.

Rest peacefully Ch F. Dream Mover.

A lovely dog and although I've not had the pleasure of meeting him only viewing his photos, his memory will live on in his progeny which is scattered thoughout the world.

We are fortunate to have some of his projeny 'Downunder' may they carry his flag as a top 'Sire'.

Our condolences to his family.
