All ours love spagetti with home made tomato and basil sauce. :D

 yes your a bad mammy now ,you send them poor babies down to me so i can make em nice sunday roast :- " :huggles:

only joking lover ,course your not bad mammy :huggles: :- "

OMG (w00t)

I haven't had time to cook for us recently, let alone the dogs

Must say that their noses twitch alot more if there's beef or steak around  but I've never given them anything other than their own food as they are such fussy eaters they would probably refuse theirs if I let them taste cooked dinners

My lot have scraps and also any carrot ,parsnip cauliflower or cabbage peelings get boiled up for them. The adult love pasta but the pups prefer rice. William loves mashed potatoes and no one (dogs) with any sense goes near his bowl when he's got some.

mine love the left overs but with 8 they dont get very much :( also gravy can be too rich for them so they only get a dribble :p

That sounds yummy Nicky, I could eat that now. Mine do love a roast but I hardly ever cook a roast in the summer - however although mine are on a raw diet I do cook them one meal a week and that is fish with peas and potato's roasted in a little rapeseed oil - they love it.

the last time i gave gyp's some left over gravy, she stank for days :x

i have to say i do tend to just stick to her proper food, as if i give her anything else it upsets her tum :(

im afraid mine dont get any leftovers not because i dont want to give it to them it just upsets their stomachs :(i notice some of you give gravy to your dogs but isnt that quiet high in salt or is it ok once in a while as a treat i was just wondering as i was thinking of maybe introducing a bit as something different for my 2 as a treat

 ooo i duno about the salt ,but if you make it from scratch (meat fat )then flower and gravy browning i dont think it would be that high in salt ,althou im crap cook and never check for salt contents and i always steam my veg so no salt in that either ,will be interesting to see any replies to this :D
