A Very Big Thank You to everyone on K9 for their Congratulations for Honey's BIG WIN and Lizzie's RCC. Honey went really well in the group and I was thrilled to be shortlisted with her. Thanks so much for the support of those who stayed to watch it.

Unsurprisingly Irene says it was her best day ever at a show, She really does bring those girls to the shows looking their best in fabulous condition. I still have their gorgeous Granny, my adorable Beauty who was BOB at Crufts in 1997.

A Big Cheer for Helen, what a fab day for her and her lovely boys. Many Congratulations!

and Very Well done to everyone on K9 for their successes on the day.

Has anyone videotaped the full hound group, shown on one of the digital channels after the main programme had ended, I would love to get a copy for Irene. and myself.

Footnote: Honey should have been tucked up with a litter yesterday but at the time we would have mated her (Christmas Eve) Irene was concerned that she wouldn't have the time to commit to a litter because her brother in law was so poorly and she was trooping back and forth across the country caring for him.

wELL DONE  TO EVERYONE WHO GOT PLACED.

i did think we would never get home after 40mins looking for north car park  dont ask why he parked in there . and it took us 2 1/2 hours to get home the taffic was so bad . never mind i really enjoyed my day

CONGRATULATIONS all from k9 who did well!!

Poor dogs have only just had their first walk of the day, they have decided that they don't like Crufts anymore!! :(

I didn't think the buzz around the ring was the same this year, but I was cabbaged on my bench with Riva most of the day, fighting sleep!! Got to go now - another foster dog (5 month old puppy) to pick up from kennels, I just know it won't be house trained ...... here we go again!

HERES TO NEXT YEAR AT CRUFTS

Well done again Cathie! I didn't even realise till I looked at the results when I got home that Lizzie had won the RCC as well, as I was in the other ring at the time! What a fantastic day for you!!!!

Honey looked so beautiful in the group  , and I did watch the extended judging, but unfortunately being a technophobe  , couldn't remember how to tape from digital, so can't help you there. Might be worth contacting the BBC? :luck:

She looks lovely in these pics

I was pleased to get shortlisted with Bradley in Yearling, he behaved himself on the table and moving so that was a bonus. Saying nothing about how he behaved/misbehaved for the stand at the start of the class though :- " .

I was there until 4pm and I really enjoyed my game of 'do I recongise that person / dog'!

I did say hello to a couple of people - I was with Jan Doherty some of the time, so if you saw her with a woman dressed in black, following her around like a lost sheep - that was me!

been again today to watch the iggies - very nice it was too :)

Hi to everyone,

I don't talk to you guys much on this site, but read a lot! Congrats to all of you who did well at Crufts.

I had the most fantastic day 'cos my old boy Reggie won veteran dog. Just the icing on the cake for me after all he has been through. (Most know Reg's story, but if you don't, he has survived through 2 severe auto-immune attacks, one broken leg, one set of torn tendons, a horrific attack by a manic Dalmatian and has been on steroids for the last 5 years) He is my dog in a lifetime and to win that class is more like a miracle than anything else.

IF ANYBODY HAS ANY PHOTOS OF THE VETERAN DOG CLASS THEY COULD ZAP OR SEND TO ME, I WOULD BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL AND MORE THAN HAPPY TO PAY FOR ANY OF THEM.

Well done again

Louise T
