I would love to know (for curiosity mainly) what colour their dogs eyes are and photos please if possible.

Oscars are a very piercing green/amber colour (like Devils eyes) and Kobis are almost black - (w00t) anyone elses dogs got almost black eyes??

Its just Ive never seen dogs eyes - especially in a whippet look so black - any advice on eyes.

Heres Kobis eyes (will try and find a close up of Oscars eye colouring)

Nana has really dark brown, almost balck eyes and Tess has reddy/brown eyes

Miya's eye's are a light greeny brown out side and a blue inside .....i'll get a photo tomorrow

Hi.

Sorry no piccies of eyes but all my whippets and my greyhound all have dark brown eyes.

When the pups eyes opened Maggie and her sisters Pepsi and Gracie all had bright blue eyes that went brown as they got older Maggie now has dark brown eyes as have her mum and dad. All three were silver brindle all the dark brindle pups had brown eyes

My white whippet Jasper has almost black eyes.

:wub: Your dogs look :wub: ... its just your dog is black with the black eyes - and Kobi is a much lighter colour with the black eyes - which I thought was unusual - or maybe not ?? :blink:

Fynn's eyes are dark with a blue ring.........Funny that, he's Miya's half sister Archie's are rich hazel......beautiful....... :wub:

WCRCH Fuller Spirit has what I call Black eye's, so does Sky's (son), ped's has really dark brown eyes, so does his dad(The Real McCoy),

Here are my girls - 3 generations - Bess her daughter Attika and Attika's daughter Callista.

Bess had orange/brown eyes with very dark rim around her pupils - she looks always startled!

Attika has eyes lighter but still with the same dark rim

Callista's eyes are very dark, almost black although he sire's eyes were the same sort of orange as Bess's.

I love having blue brindle puppies because their eyes are the most wonderful baby blue which unfortunately turn greyish/bluish/hazelish to harmonise with the coat colour!!!

Beau's eyes changed colour as he got older. Were quite blue when we got him. Now they match his coat colour.

Macey has almost black eyes, but Byron's colouring is weird, blue, green, greyish.....

Mind you you can't tell from Macey's last piccie on Buffy's babies - Devil Dog!! :devil:
