Dylan has had a small red spot on the front of his thigh for ages, I kept putting ointment on it, but it just stayed the same until today. He was lying on the dog sofa and I noticed the swelling on the front of his thigh, quite a big swelling. Phoned the vet and went straight in.

The upshot is he's booked in tomorrow morning to have it removed, he thinks it is a mass tumour but won't know until he opens it up.

Such a shock, I just though he had an infection from the spot. Heaven knows how big the scar will be.

sized wound but is barely visible now.

He's home with a big scar from his stifle to the flap of skin on his tuck up. Very stiff. no jumping on his sofa! No playing or jumping, in other words, don't move. Poor lad, we just have to wait for the lab results now.
