i wouldnt,if you can do without for a few days then take the break from them.

im knackered with the fibromayalgia but carnt take anything strong for the pain cause i get a reaction from them :(

so i have to keep laying down throughout the day :(

i have "anylosing spondilitis" bad back basically..so i just take diclofenac all the time...maybe i should have a break then...

graham as that but just mild.

think diclofenac is ok to take daily? the ones i use to take (cARNT REMEMBER THE NAME) was big pink ones and i was warned to could cause ulcers so i stopped taking them

cuprofen i think..yeah you have to eat with them dont you..mine is mild too luckily but some days it can make me feel sick with the aching..when i used to go to the gym i would do loads of stomach exercises and that always helped with my back...should get my lazy arse back there instead of plonkering around on here all day :teehee: mind you this is more fun than slogging it out in the gym : :p
