i just forgot thats all......i did some jogging this morning and then did the food shopping and then robert wanted to show me something in the bedroom before i got the kids from school......simply forgot to eat...sorry clair, i will have something after parents evening tonight :*

walked into work and the art teacher took one look at my face and said that i can leave the art room..its fine..which then made me realise how bloody awful i look...caught myself in the mirror and it was horrendous...look like a crack addict
