lol juney, can someone tell clair tht if her hard drive is ok then if she can put it in another computer she might possibly be able to access her work, i dunno whats happened to her computer though so it might not work, worth a try if she can though?

She might be able to start it in safe mode, and then repair Windows? Does anyone know what operating system she is using? I have discs for all except Vista (I don't like it much either). Maybe I will give her a call. If she can get it going a bit, she could go back to last known good configuration - it might be something she has loaded recently that's made it throw a wobbly. It happened to me when my laptop was 3 days old - I tried to load Zone Alarm and the screen went blue!

hope u lot dont mind me posting this in here but i didnt really want to start a new topic, but wanted to put something at the same time :unsure:

 

anyway one of our guinea pigs died today he'd had an abbess (sp) and had been poorly but it was still kinda unexpected. he was never the bravest of guinea pigs lol, and we nicknamed him wimpy george, but he was lovely.

right its windows on the computer but clair cant that to switch on ,she has a lap top that is windows vista but that wont connect to the internet,all she is getting is e-mails

I am decoraring for this posh bird well the dirty cow wants to get of her arse and clean her bloody house, its rank i left the bathroom where i'm painting gleaming i think i should charge her cleaning it the dirty mare
