Sarah, soak her foot in Epsom Salts - they are wonderful for anything like that. Smidge keeps getting mud up under his nailbeds (he must dig his nails in when he runs), and they look inflamed after he has raced. I soak them in Epsom salts, about as hot as you think they can stand, and it draws out anything nasty, and dries up any wounds. Sweep had a nailbed infection once which I was bathing and putting antibiotic cream on, but it wasn't getting better. Someone told me about Epsom salts, and I bathed his foot twice a day - in 2 days he was fine!

How is Slip's toe today Sarah? Did you manage to get some Epsom Salts. Another good thing about them is, they are cheap as chips!

i did juney and it is looking so much better..all the redness has gone and she is bouncing about all over the place :wub:
 
3 weeks tomorrow without a puff!!!! its been a journey..haha!! so to speak....feel the benefits now....thank the lord for nicotine replacements cos nooooooo way could i do it without them...my kids are so pleased with me which spurs me on to keep going..as each day goes by i feel like i have achieved something...non smokers wont appreciate what i mean but smokers will!!!!!!!!
 
Hi all not been on for ages just popped in to say hellllooooooo and to say carnt wait till monmouth Pagen can meet up with his family a bit up set phoebe has lost loads of wait while they were in the kennales not happy all of them have lost wait and came home with the runns so trying to feed them upthere getting spoilt rotten.
 
morning chuff buckets :p hope all ok..weather looks grim today..taking the boy to orthodontists to get his train tracks fitted!!!!!! yaaaaaaaaaay...he has those removable ones at the mo and he keeps turning them around in his gob..it is sooo annoying..at least he cant now they will be wired to his teeth!!! then my last stop smoke clinic!!!! then off to asda...there now...you can all relax knowing all that useless information :teehee:

hey sue!! hope you get phoebe back to scratch..doesnt take much for these to lose weight does it..looking forward to seeing you again..last time we met was a bit quick..didnt really see you for long so be good to catch up!

I know carnt wait to see you the last time was very quik and Pagen was sooooo tiny what time and when will you be there we are going to get there late friday night.

its four weeks since i gave up the puff!!! thoought it was 3 :wacko: i just been to adsa tostock up on food for monmouth..going to do a barbie..got loads of meat and just got home and i didnt get the disposable barbecue :blink: would help wouldnt it...i will have to go back now :angry: and its really busy
