its a group interview and they sit you in a circle and tell you a wee bit about how asda is the best shop in the world and the people who work in asda are the best people in the world. then they tell you to look under you chair and theres card with a number on it and with out looking at your own number you all have to put yourselfs in order from one to 20 (there was only 17 showed up though).

after that you have to find out 3 things about the person next to you, think it was name, why they want to work at asda and 3 things they would take to a deserted island.

once thats done they put you in groups of 3 or 4 and give you a task to do. that task changes every year so it may not be the same. one person out of each group has to pick somthing out of a black bag. we got air freshener and as a group you had to make up a song to sell your product and then take turns singing in your group the song to the other groups (w00t)

i didnt manage to sing cause i was far to busy pissing myself laughing :- "

but anyway once youv done that you watch a wee video on asda and then you fill out random forms and get taken round asda by 2 different people and you have to ask the staff questions and fill out the question sheet.

and then you get a final one on one 10min interview.

i came out thinking what the f*** just happened there lol

but 2 days later they phoned offering me the job and i was shocked cause it was the worst interview i have ever done lol

just be prepared for the unexpected. as i have worked in many places and never had an interview like it.

OH PLEASE DONT BE PUT OF BY IT!!!! CAUSE I WAS JUST IN SHOCK FOR THE 2 HOURS I WAS THERE CAUSE I WASNT EXPECTING IT AT ALL.

:lol: you saying that katie your so right as my friend went to one of these interviews and she said she thought f*** it got up on the table started dancing and singing ,thou ooo well im not guna get this job now but couple days later they called her to say she had the job and hers was the best interview they had ever seem :lol: :lol:
