just been to see Betsys teacher, they have been doing tests with her...........pretty sure she is dyslecxic or something along those lines...........we now have to get refered by our doctor to see a specialist.............lucky for us we have private health care, so wont have to wait to long :thumbsup:

honestly whta is it with my kids..............liberty has inatentive adhd............now all this with Betsy............christ knows what big gob bill will be like :blink:

I'm glad they've picked these things up with your girls though, some schools cannot be bothered because of all the paperwork involved.

At least if Betsy gets a diagnosis now they can move her on from there rather than all the frustrations that go along side a difficulty like that - she'll be fine once they can teachher in a way that will be more beneficial to her :thumbsup:

it was the same for liberty, her teacher told us she was lazy :blink: when in fact her brain doesnt produce the chemical in order for her to concentrate and remember anything.............so touch wood we will have her sorted soon

dont bare thinking about, on the dys when she doesnt take her meds.........she is totally away with the faries............i can tell her to do something and by the time she is out of the room she has forgotten...........she will argue with us until she is and us are blue in the face and is quite simply a total loop fruit :b

she takes a tablet and within 20 mins the lights come on.........its quite amazing to see :thumbsup:

althought we did get a lot if stick from marks (her dad) family about putting her on meds.........it wasnt something we did without a lot of thought...............Betsy wont need meds, just a different way of teaching :luck:

i will shut up now...........must be very boring for you all :b
