Camilla shook my hand  :D
she was in Box opening summat or another and we took the kids down with their flags...I was stood there minding my own...like I do...and she leant right over the kids (who she had already chatted to) and shook my hand...made hugely more hilarious by the head teacher rushing up and down like a headless chicken trying to be in the right place to be introduced...oh weren't we ever pissing ourselves laughing at her!!   she never did get to shake her hand

Camilla though was lovely and took loads of time to chat to our kids, they really appreciated it :D
lucky camilla :)

Morning David, it's boooootiful here this morning. I'm off to fat club, then opticians this afternoon - sign of age when your perfect eyesight starts failing  I can't see as well as I used to, so may be a speccy Susan by this afternoon
you have done well to get to your time of life without needing glasses juney :-

me thinks it might be a good idea to stay out of juneys way today :sweating: :sweating:
Yes, it might be a good idea to keep out of my way - I've had a bad day! :(

I hate the thought of wearing glasses - I had reading glasses in 2005, but have never worn them. Now I need glasses for distance, normal, and close up  So, he has suggested varifocals  I think I will get motion sickness with them, I'm a bit funny with balance type things. Lots of people do cope though, so I suppose I will have to try. The only frames I like are the expensive ones :* Oh well, it's just added to my depression of the big 5 0 looming in a few weeks - in fact 3 weeks today :(

It's Steve's birthday today, so we are going out for an Indian - eating always cheers me up - comfort eating at its best!! :teehee:

nothing wrong with being fifty years young june, or wearing glasses either,

Hello David hope you are well, speak soon off to do the dinner

Oh Juney...all those sad faces aren't like you, hope dinner with Steve cheers you up my lovely xxx :huggles:

You are an incredibly young nearly 50 despite what some of us might say...we wouldn't say all these things about you being old if it was true would we :D

Well said Clair and Debbie. Having met June a few months ago at Crufts I heartily agree - she's lovely!
