Lily (our almost 14 year old adoptee) loves diggin her bed but HATES being watched!! (Even though her eyesight is almost nil, she KNOWS when she is being watched :- "

Thanks Janis - I just tried every address thing under the picture until one worked!! I can't remember which one it was now (w00t)

Actually, Lily NEVER asks anything- she was probably ordering poor Twiggy, whom she regularly turfs off any chair she is sitting on, if Lily wants it -to come and sort her out. They went outside together soon after, so possibly she was demanding to be escorted She usually waits for Twiggy to pee, then does hers on top. She accepts Polly as top dog, but bullies poor old Twiggy (nearly 13 now) all the time. She's a real character. You'd never believe how thin and ill she was just 6 months ago. We love her to bits :wub:

Trish, she is deaf and almost blind. The myopic look is to find out where we are!! Bea, her mum and the light of her little whippety life, was beside her bed, in a chair on the other side of the room. She was peering at me and then the disgusted -you're not my mum- look!! She always trots back to her bed and expects me to rearrange it, hold the blankie up for her to walk under and then she settles down for a spot of sleep before starting the whole process again.

Bea, her mum, is for cuddles, bed (Bea's, at night) and breakfast. I'm the slave - to carry her back from my place to Bea's (next door - 6 metres) in the evening or anytime when they have been over to me and she has been asleep. She doesn't like to walk back so I have to carry her :teehee: I also provide her evening meal as I do the meals for my two and Lily at the same time. The two oldies (lily and my Twiggy) share a high potency glucosamine/chondroitin/onega 3 tablet, so I mix it in their food. If I am a minute late she paces up and down and when i appear I get her most withering 'You're Late' look!!

Also of course, I have to take her outside whenever she wishes to 'go' when she is over with me, provide small snacks throughout the evening and do bed duty. :sweating:

She is real little madam but we love her so much and still cannot understand how her previous family tried to starve her to death after the male owner died
