Now that we have the Kia and can fit all three whippets in...we decided to go to Seaburn and Roker Beach today, and what great weather.so its the boys very first time at the beach...

Please bear with me there are a few photographs, but we had a great day and will definitely be making the trip back with the dogs. :thumbsup:

My oh My!! what fabulous pictures you really can't beat whippets on the beach they are having a brilliant time and it really shows ) thats a lovely beach you are very lucky :thumbsup:

Glad you managed to get to the beach Janis. :thumbsup: They do love it and your boys look as though they had a brilliant time. Oscar looks well at home in the sea. :wub: Did the others manage to brave it? There's nothing like a sunny day at the beach with a few whippets! 8)

We're off the the North York Moors for a few days tomorrow so hope we can get over to the beach with our two again. :huggles:

Terrible still Jane :x on the way there mainly :x no problems on the way home...wish he hadnt had chicken wings for breakfast..

a lot of cleaning when we came home.. :- " :blink: I must get those sea legs for next time...

Have you tried a DAP spray yet? I've been sitting in the car with Jinny and Ella - no engine and plenty of DAP.

Ella is good travelling anyway but interestingly enough, Jinny is curling up on the passenger seat and going to sleep :thumbsup: Think it may be the DAP effect

I loved seeing your photos Janis - looks like a great day on the beach.

 

I used to stay with a great-aunt who lived at Whitburn so sometimes used to go on the beach at Seaburn and Roker - seeing your pics brought back a lot of memories

Really lovely photos - what a gorgeous day you had.

The dogs always love the beach - mine are always terrified of the sea though

Funny seeing them on the sand for the first time too - I remember Ruby and Logi went mad when we went to Devon a few months back :huggles:

And meant to say - if Kobi is a bad traveller, definitely try him on Sealegs, I can't say how wonderful they were in helping Logan. He is the best advert ever for them

Glad you got to the lovely beach Janis,it looks gorgeous,the boys are really enjoying themselves We went also to the beach yesterday(forgot to take piccys)First time fo Beau,he loved it!!kept picking up the seaweed and mussel shells :wacko:
