Poacher has settled in really well :wub:

She slept in her crate upstairs without a sound, and goes outside on her lead for pee and poo with no bother at all.

Jinny is rather stand-offish, as usual, but I'm sure she will warm to Poacher in time :huggles:

Sox snuggled up with Poach on the sofa last night and it looks like they will be good friends in time to come :thumbsup:

I have Poacher booked in with a specialist vet on Tuesday evening to assess her leg and decide the best course of action :unsure: Fingers crossed :thumbsup:

I know what you mean and I did consider it, but she knows her name soooooooo well and I want her to feel comfortable with me :thumbsup:

She was devoted to her young master and it's been a big change for her to go from a working dog to a housebound dog overnight. Moving home as well could have been the straw that broke the camel's back but she has accepted everything so well and I haven't the heart to change any other aspect of her life :wub:

The name does get shortened to a variety of sounds tho' ........... Poach, Chacha, Poachee, Pooch, Poochie, Poocha etc etc
