it is quite clear that, Mr Beetelian Dumbledore, aka, Alba, can not be charged with these aligations.

as he is unfit to stand trial, due to mental illness.

to prove this please members of the jury look at alba as a whippet not a dog, and you will see that clearly in taking on such bread as a whippet you are technically going in to a binding unspoken contract that states the owner of said whippet will take full responsibility in any valubles (or not valubles as the case may be) that are destroyed/damaged by said whippet as they are all totaly mental, and will compensat said whippet for there troubles in trying to make the place her a bit more character.

hence forth, all charges should now be dropped against Mr Beetelian Dumbledore,

and he should be highly compensated for the trauma the court has put him though.

i find Alba NOT guilty

and new charges should be brought up against ANN, Mr Beetalian Dumbledore's master, as stated in the unspoken contract she signed when taking on alba, she is held fully responsible of the damages!!!

i feel i have to find Ann GUILTY!!!
