Hi josie, I don’t have a problem replying, it’s just starting one of my own. But I did see that I can do it now! This was a couple of days ago that I saw this but I just haven’t had chance to do it yet. I’ll try to grab a minute later. Thank you

Hi josie, I’m still having trouble starting a conversation. I get the option to start a conversation, but once Ive written it, there’s no option to post it. There’s an option to preview, which I do, but there’s still no option to post

I've just checked by logging in as you and I have been able to post a thread without a problem. I have attached screen shots to show you so I'm not really sure why you're having problems unless you're trying to post a link.
