I just popped out for about 1/2 hour and left the girls in the house - usually if I go out they go in their room, which has an access to the garden. But I thought as I wont be long, they will be OK.

Well i came home to several chewed up items = quality drawing pencils, Faber Castell eraser, bag of silver studs, my reading glasses, large reel of black cotton;

...and among the debris was this....WTH is it?

It is a tough plastic and about 1.75" long and about inch wide. Looks like it came from something important. Any idea? :)

I haven't a clue sorry...........little demon's aren't they

Sada would be fine if left to roam the house, she would

sit at the window and watch the world go by. But with Kaya

i would be doing exactly what you are now.

I hope when you discover what it is, it's not something ttoo

important

is it something off a sewing machine or a fan???

The sewing machine looks intact, the computer is working and I still cannot see anything that this bit could have come from (w00t)

But I only later realised that 3 apples that were on a plate on the table are also gone! They were very busy girls, great achievement for such a short time. Especially as it is mostly Claudia's handywork. Callista and Genevieve would not even dream about doing any of that (well, except stealing apples)

Few pics may help? I will not be able to sleep if I do not know what it is.

This is just like one of Nicky's competitions - except that no-one knows the answer! I'm afraid I haven't got a clue. Your girls certainly managed to enjoy themselves while you were out. :- "

The little monkeys... (w00t)

just had a debate with my OH....is is part of the hair dryer...?? or out of the hoover maybe??

I would definitely keep it to one side, then Ill bet when you are not looking for the object....it will suddently be there right in front of you..

Do let us know if you find out...

Hi there could it be some kind of air vent or one of those plug ins that give of floral smells? Thats all me and hubby could come up with. :D

My vacuum cleaner is safely in the spare room, hairdryers are in a draw and I do not have any of the smell dispensers

It has such a precise and deliberate, obviously well thought out shape. It has the rim around bottom and top, little things sticking out on the side, the notch out on one end, the two bits in the top of the round opening - one straight and the other curved. But no moving parts, although i am sure the there were some moving parts, but i cannot find any sign of the rest of it.

i though it looked like some sort of hand held fan, there isnt any other bits lying about is there?

Where are your sowing spools kept? are they in a cabinet or sowing container...perhaps its from there?? a possibility No...

just another thought...its not a pencil sharpener, or part of.. is it by any chance..

being with the pencils they took
