Lauren did get placed in JH .She did a great job bless her :huggles: and she had to take Carn in the breed ring ,as it all caught up. So the white lightening wasn,t having any of it :wacko:

It is a real shame that those who criticise K9 obviously don't really know or are too blinded by jealousy or whatever to see it's real worth. It is a wonderful site, full of wonderful people, and wonderful wonderful whippets. There is rarely any bitchiness and if it does somehow creep in we oust it pretty quickly.

It is so great on this showing forum to receive show results from all over and to see pics of dogs in other countries and 'meet' and talk to people from all over. Very educational. I believe I am much richer for having found k9.

Still judging bitches when we left.

Didn't do anything with my lot but Blaze and Rosie managed to behave and not disgace themselves although the tanoy frightened Rosie just as the judge was looking at her . She's never heard one before and with np brother by her side she wasn't quite as sure of her self as normal

(w00t) I don't understand some peoples mentality regarding K9 - it has helped me so much as a first time whippet owner, with information and advice I would never have known. The friendliness and support, especially with successes, problems and at times of sadness, is overwhelming.

I feel I have made friends all over the place on line and the ones I have actually met have been great. Its good to know you just have to log in to communicate with like minded whippet lovers.

Yep! That's my best boy, Ronan!!! He doesn't look much like it in that picture but he actually quite enjoyed his day out!!!

Well done to all K9er's who did well and yah boo raspberries to those who were slagging us off!!

I do have to say, in my opinion though, I thought Becky and Oto were hard done by. I was in the same class as them, unfortunately couldn't have a good chat because we were in numeric order (what's that all about???), but I was ideally placed to really watch them and I thought Oto was lovely and moved an absolute treat. Not that I'm biased towards black dogs or anything ................. but I did think he was a VERY nice dog so commiserations Becky! I felt as bad about that as my best boy being unplaced ..............they were both robbed!!!!! LOL!!
