ok im gonna tell all now. o yesterday dobby jumped up on the kitchen units,smashed a bottle of advocaat and licked it all up.he ended up in the emergency vets last night as we werent sure if hed fell off the units or if he was p*ssed as he was staggering all over the place and his legs were going from under him. :blink: (w00t) anyway ill hand over to jac for a report from the vet as shes taking him to her greyhound vet in leigh today!that dog will be the death of me! :wacko:

No, I'm not old enough to actually remember those, but have it on good authority (my nana's!) that this was a pretty euphemism for the job of emptying the backyard toilets that folks used to have! :x

He really is a revolting boy and am sure he'd love this job more than any other :x (apart from maybe Official Taster in a pie factory!)

Taz (lurcher) would be a washer-upper and cleaner. He likes to help his mum by licking out all the bowls and making sure there are no crumbs left on the floors.

Molly (greyhound) would be a mattress/sofa tester (no surprises there, then) :lol:

Callie (elderly, grumpy collie x) would be a security guard. She'd love to be able to boss people around and warn them off the premises

Meg (whippet/terrier) would be an 'escort'. She adores meeting people, doesn't mind who makes a fuss of her, will climb on anyone's lap and is a total tart. :- "

This is great!! I'm going to include my cats on this as they have very important jobs too.

Nua (cat) was a nurse / doctor, she looked after everyone and was very strict on visitng hours if you'd been ordered to bed!! - Sadly she died recently due to a brain tumour.

Tiny (greyhound) has taken over Nua's nursing duties - he also looked after her when she had seizures and would fetch me and then stay with her until she was better. He is also my chief body guard and temperature control officer - he makes sure he snuggles up to me so I don't get cold!! :- "

Max (greyhound) is sleep monitor and a sports coach - he'll make everyone dash about a bit and then make sure everyone sleeps well. He is also the Keeper if the Ear Cleaning Equipment. :x

Sasha (cat) is security officer and wants to work for MI5 in her spare time.

oh wow kris u got an alcopup!! when i worked in the pub i would take little D with me on the day shift and she was forever licking the head of this little old mans guiness!!

Morrissey would be something in demolition or a bouncer, he also likes to be in charge so management would suit him

TJ would be a food taster, free lance of course.

Bertha would be a huntsman or pest controller, that's all she thinks about.

Dante is a retired gentleman and Frankie a retired gamekeeper

Sophie is a lady's companion, very quiet and unassuming and willing to do all you ask.

Aimee is a sort of Tara Palmer-Whatnot, a clever society girl who is willing to have a go

Ronan - not sure about Ro - quite clever but has laddish tendencies as long as it's not too roughy-toughy so middle management maybe?

Angel - an outdoor activity type who has married and settled down but still quite sporty
