well i dunno if im worrying unduly here i hope not, thing is my whippy has been in season for a month now, but this morning there was quite a considerable ammount of blood on her bedding, more than there should be in my eyes, so ive booked her in fer the vet this afternoon, cos hers lethargic with it.

Think it has got hold of her though julie, yesterday wasnt to bad, but today shes losing perhaps not as much, but what she is losing is real dark pungent blood, is this the anti biotics kickin in or what, i dunno, shes not a happy dog, and im not a happy man, if she aint any better in the morning back to the vets

Hope its just her season Keith, Meg gets very down and depressed when shes in season and it can take her quite a while to get back to her old self. Hope you feel better soon Jill. :huggles:

I don't think antib's usually make the loss smell, that sounds like infection, don't want to worry you Keith, but just ring your out of hours vet and update them, see what they say, better be on the safe side.

:luck: and :huggles: to Jill
