i dont think id be to happy about it either, but i dont think there is any law against it :unsure: and lets be honest, if you didnt know the pic was taken how would you ever find it?

Obviously nobody knows who it is, it wouldn't bother me, when you think of the hundreds of photos taken at shows, not just dogs but people around the ring, on the show ground. It is bad enough not being able to take photos of ones children on the beach without some nosey parker asking if you have permission.

Things really are going over the top with political correctness. :cheers:

Obviously nobody knows who it is, it wouldn't bother me, when you think of the hundreds of photos taken at shows, not just dogs but people around the ring, on the show ground. It is bad enough not being able to take photos of ones children on the beach without some nosey parker asking if you have permission.

i dont think your totally right, yes at a show is one thing,there are lots of people around and tbh most people will be armed with cameras, so its more expected, :thumbsup:

ok look at it this way, your out, and you look round and some random bloke is sitting in his car clicking away with his camera, taking pictures of you, i doubt you would just turn around and smile :nuke: id be freaked out by it and probaly take the number plate details and give them to the police. this is just my opinion. :thumbsup:

I contacted the Police about this, if the person concerned was having a photo of her taken on her own property, or videod, you are not allowed to do that. In a public place it is not illegal to take photos of any one. It is impossible to stop a camera man from snapping away in public!
