thats good news  . Oxford had 123 entered, but there are quite a few non runners due to the cough & lameness.

Help!! With half of Glos off with k.c. who is available to run things next w/e ? Yvonne and I will do the P.A. but do we have enough volunteers?

We can't help due to isolating ourselves........Sorry :( ........but as you and Yvonne are doing the PA .......If you parked the caravan on the line that'll give Glos 2 line judges AND the PA covered  ......... :luck: :luck: next week ......wish we were able to run ........

We've actually already had quite number of volunteers so we should be OK. Most people are pretty good really :D

(but we will be back)

i just hope they run ok :sweating: after being off for so long.

Just back from our hols, and sad to see more dogs have this b****y cough

We are back for Gloucester, and we're really looking forward to it. It seems like months since we've been racing.

Hope to see some of you there. Darc, is Rob coming to ride the bike? If you can get babysitters for your coughers, it would be great to see you. Come and have a relaxing day with no whippets!!!!

Hi June,

Hope you had a great holiday. No, we won't be there - so fed up about it all - can't see us being anywhere for a long time yet. Then there is the thought of trying to get them fit again :( all totally gutting. Fletch will be two next month and he hasn't even ran in more than a handfull of meetings, I know that there will be no lasting damage but so very frustrating. Pleasing at least to see that some dogs that have recovered well are already back running well and winning opens.

Only Merle still slightly coughing now, so nearly there. Hope everyone elese's boys and girls are also on the mend and you never know, we might make another open by 2007!

Sorry, last week was trying to look on the bright side of things, this week just feel miserable :(

Know how you feel Darc .........and we still have 5 more dogs to be effected by K.C :( ........Miya's really not well and she's only started properly coughing today :(

Sorry to hear that Hannah - give her a big hug from us, also frustrating when you want to help them but are helpless to do anything :( breaks your heart to see them struggling doesn't it.

Hope that somehow it misses the others, some people have said that it has missed some of their dogs so maybe you will be lucky :luck: Hope so.

It weirdly seems to have mostly passed Ziggy and Keeper by. Ziggy coughed for one morning and Keeper coughed for about a day. Both were just dry coughing. We're just keeping our fingers crossed that that was it and they don't suddenly start up again. :sweating:

Hi Hannah,

How's Miya now? any improvement?

Touch wood all of ours are past the worst of it now.

Darc

it seems like my girls are telling me they want to run, roll on morton
