well its not final yet but our offer had been accepted and we r just waiting for it to be surveyed now but here it is

i cant wait the garden is 100 - 45 feet! we r going from a pokey one bedroomed flat with no garden to this (w00t) im soooo excited for little D she will finally have a garden of her own :sweating: :sweating:

i dont know we need it surveying yet and then time to clean it out. it had an old lady who shall we say had toileting problems so its quite smelly at the mo :x it will be at least a month yet
