Hi folks

Just a few pics of Monty having a bit of fun! My folks had some friends round last night and they brought their dog with them. After dinner Monty was allowed in to the lounge (a rare treat at the moment until he stops chewing things) to play with Foster. He had a great time! The trouble is Fozzy is Portugese, so Monty can't understand her when she tells him to bugger off! :teehee:

Foster (or Fozzy) is a Portugese Water Dog and has webbed feet! She got the name Foster since our friends picked her up as a stray when they were touring Spain a few years ago. She would come to their caravan each night for some food and eventually over a few weeks they adopted her. After spending a few months in Spain waiting for medical clearance for Fozzy they brought her back to the UK where she's lived ever since.

She was a friend to Merlin for a few years and they used to love playing in the back garden. I expect she was a little surprised to find Merlin gone and Monty in his place when she came this time. They seem to get on fine though .

Lovely to see Merlin and Fozzy playing in that last pic too. :wub: Stan says he wishes Fred would play with him like that, but he understands only too clearly when Fred tells him to get lost, he can't be bothered. :ermm:

Here is our Spanish rescue! She was found on a golf course in Estepona. I met her in the kennels and she adopted me. Our Zara lives in Sweden now. It was a tough decision, but she is so frightened of people and new places. Since we are travelling a lot it would have been to stressful for her to move all the time. She now lives with an old man and he lives for that dog :wub:
