Both are gorgeous ,such a hard choice ,the brindle is so very much like my spirit

casper,toby ,leo,rufus

Both gorgeous puppies.    Wouldn't know which one to pick. You may find that one of them 'picks' you, which will make your decision easier.

I love the names Bailey and Archie.

Aw, theyre both lovely - personally I like the brindle but then would probably come back with them both! lol ;)

What a terribly hard decision to have to make!!

The parti colour has the most gorgeous face and I love the brindle too ........ rather you than me

I think you had better have both

Two gorgeous pups, one hard decision! My personal preference would be the brindle but they are both beautiful and, as Sarah says, one of them may very well make the decision for you. I love the name Fin (Fynn) or Milo for a boy. Keep us posted with pics you lucky thing.

I am partial to parti colours myself. The brindle boy does look to be slightly larger boned and solid tho but I am no expert.

I have always loved Jasper as a name but I was over ruled with Toddy. I also like Pebble, Reggie and Ciaran

Aww they are both gorgeous  Good luck in your decision, I wouldn't be able to choose easily either!

When a dog is being bought with the intention of showing then don't let your heart rule your head or be swayed by colour, choose the dog that has the best show potential. :)

You also say you are planning on making him available to stud when older, I think that is something that needs to be considered very carefully.

I love the brindle, but then my two whippets are brindle so i as biased!!

Don't ask me I ended up booking two!

Out of those names I'd definitely go for Jasper, especially given the colour of the pups. It's one of the names I'd be picking from if I had another pup...

Oh yes, I agree with rls22 about the stud issue, too...think about that very, very carefully. You have no idea how this dog will turn out, yet, and there are already loads of dogs needing homes at the moment. I've been asked several times to stud my two and have said no. No offence meant, just my opinion :)

i like thefirst wee one and i like the name bailey because he looks like a baileys cream and i like my baileys with ice lol

im new to this so what i am writing on here are just thoughts my current whippet is just a pet but i would like to stud him at some point same with the new one when he is old enough i just like to look a bit toooooooooo far into the future! the pup i am getting comes from good lines... but like i say it was just a thought! I would never buy a dog just to make money from coz thats not right at all.... i have a lot of respect for animals, more than people sometimes lol.

so which pup did you choose??? im dying to know lol

would be the little parti colour for me, but i then again i do like my partis lol.

Im in halifax too, where are the pups at that you are looking at?

I was just about to add....Im very partial to parti-colours.. but the brindle pup is lovely too

and you'd better have them both if you can't decide.. but looks like you have already made your mind up,.

Very best of luck....and Im sure there is lots of fun to look forward too. :luck:

Ooooh I love the brindle  My pups due next week are from brindle parents so I'm hoping there'll be a brindle or two in there as well :D But if not then so what....as long as they have wet noses and waggly tails is all I'm bothered with
