I THINK A FOSTERING IDEA IS FANTASTIC TANYA NOT ONLY FOR HOUNDS IN NEED BUT MAYBE FOR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED HELP WHEN THINGS CROP UP WE CANT AVOID IT WOULD BE GREAT TO KNOW OUR BELOVED HOUNDS WERE BEING TAKE CARE OF BY FELLOW HOUND LOVERS :huggles:

yes and i should know first hand lol!!! when my son went in hospital last year , serena (wiggley) looked after my blue the ig, great idea hun , would ease peoples minds at very difficult times too :thumbsup:

thanks millie!!!! :thumbsup: it looks like its just a small kennel with straw in? i havent a problem personally with kennels as i do use them for my dogs but they must be WARM!!!!! it may just b be a day "get out the rain bit" i havent seen the set up so cant comment tbh? but the looks on their faces doesnt look like happy dogs to me? maybe they are pining for their young owner? :thumbsup:

A few weeks with you, Kat & Lorna, and the girlie would look a different whippie. She'd get a lovely shiny coat like Pheobe and all the love would bring her round very quickly :huggles:

I would willingly foster or provide short term holiday care for whippies :thumbsup: Got plenty of space and safe free-running on my own land so no danger of them getting lost :D

im sorry but i think we name and shame :rant:

it is only liable if it isnt true and also we dont have to slate the people just mr x owns these dogs at the moment , i dont think that would be liable at all .

enough is enough for people who treat there animals like this :rant:

get the pedigree forms , inform the breeder privatly and name the current owner so no one else sells them a puppy :rant:
 
i think these dogs are the daughters dogs?, im sure argos1 will correct me if im wrong? i wonder if the breeder even knows she /he sold to a child? think she is 16? as stated in the original post , the lady said " i dont like dogs!!!!" :eek:

a very sad sorry situation :(

these may well be just missing the time with the girl? what ever though im sure we will all do what we can for them :thumbsup:
 
ok just to let you know the other dog was not even mentioned to us it was in with the boy whippy and i guess shes keeping it!!!.....as for the whippys she told us they were bought for her daughter who has now turned 16 or 17 and is too busy the woman and her husband work so she says they cant give the dogs the attention or exercise they need unfortunatly she didnt mention giving them the love they deserve!!!....it would have been impossible for us to have taken them there and then as they need to be kept seperate while the girl is in season this would have been impossible in the back of an astra!...but whatever happens those poor darlings will be out of there by this time 2moz......many thanks to tracey tanya and ann for offers of help and everyone else for support im sure between us we can make sure these darlings get a safe and loving home.....
