I had wondered the same myself.Lal said:I am so pleased these dogs have been removed from a situation in which they were unwanted, BUT, and I know I risk being shot down in flames, Kat and Lorna (Argos1), joined this forum wanting to rehome their existing whippet because of Lorna's health problems. After offers of homes for Phoebe etc which didn't work out someone (can't remember who) offered foster care for Phoebe. Then, suddenly they want another whippet!! Sorry, call me a cynical bitch but this, to me, is not the ideal situation. I don't dispute that Phoebe is much loved but, adding another whippet to the equation when you previously joined the forum to rehome an existing dog?
Sorry if I upset anybody here but these are my feelings!!
