Hello everyone. Just got a puppy (lab/bc/springer). She's nine weeks now and a bundle of joy but so lively and stir crazy because she can't go out yet. I know I'm going to be asking for a lot of advice on here!

The risk to puppies is from unvaccinated dogs and the faeces of rats so unless your garden has open access, she will be safe there. Also it's a Good idea to take her out to get her accustomed to the outside world by carrying her in a carrier, a sling or even your arms - she will be perfectly safe if she isn't on the ground.
