:thumbsup: All the snow has gone off the garden and I've, finally been able to scald the back yard down. The fog is pretty thick here, as it was last night when a few of us went down to the Old Hall for the annual concert. I haven't laughed so much in ages, my sides ached at the sight of o.a.p.s' dressed as the Teletubbies doing a 2 Ronnies type musical number! If this weather continues we should be able to race this week and I know my dogs are raring to go after being penned up for so long. We can only keep our fingers' crossed. :wub:

its loads milder here and the snow is startin 2 thaw, heck dare i say it? we may have a handicap this week, we,ll have to go and check the track 1st like as it cud very well b flooded (hope not)
 
Snow all gone here. Stream well up. Ground very muddy. Definatly a wellies job.

clear here too floods all over like.i went up northumberland this morning and it was still like the north pole

snow 5 foot deep along the hedges..i was pleased to get back home.

If the opens are run after Jan,the points will count for 2011 :thumbsup:

Might be the last Highgate Derby anyway :unsure:

:- Don't be so miserable (w00t) At least while we're talking about the snow, there's less arguing going on. It's the one thing that's united all racers lately 'cos we're all in the same boat. It should make us all appreciate it more, when we can race again. I know I do. So, (excuse the pun) chill a bit 'cos it can't last forever! :wub:

exactly,dave why dont you open a new thread,you asking about bends on a weather thread,i think you might get to know what you want to find out about

if you open a new subject.moan all day long about the weather becouse we will be getting a bit more of the white stuff yet..mods can you move that post please?

chilled enough now, want to be out and about with the dogs dont think thats mirerable and meeting folks at the racing. :thumbsup: but it will come :luck:
 
Aycliffes track is still frozen solid ...wet on top but 1 inch down rock hard

went over this afternoon

All the snows gone here but very cold still and foggy

sounds very slippery. beech again tomorrow, fish and chips at seaton crew, cant beat it.love the walk near where the ships come into the docks nice quiet morning out well early afternoon. park at the bottom of zinc works road 2 minutes off the beech.

see how things go might go to easington sunday weather permiting :thumbsup:

watch where you park dawn there davey if its really early morning, or late on a night as your windows will get smashed

its happened to loads of people ,especially the fisherman...make sure you park where there's cars or people knocking about :thumbsup:

we park o/s the factory, never heard of any trouble down there usually around mid day :thumbsup:
 
(w00t) Thought we were in for it again, this morning, 'cos when I got up, we had a layer of the white stuff. However, now it's turned to rain, so I think we've got away with it! Let's hope it stays that way! :thumbsup: :wub:
 
just rain here too thank god. w did manage run ups @ wallsend on sunday but we r hoping 4 a handicap this sun if the snow stays away fingers crossed
 
been up feilds tday couldnt free run em ground solid arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :angry:
