I know most people here have a dog, but I was just wondering what other pets people have. We are hoping to get a little polecat coloured ferret soon. As well as Penny the whippet, I also have:

My 2 little guineapigs

Pixie, she is the mum to the other 2 we have, she is almost impossible to photo, she can't stay still

We've got the 3 dogs & also 8 (w00t) cats. One of them has left home & gone to live next door but one so it's only 7 really :- "

Aww..They are all gorgeous !! I have seven guinea pigs, Doughnut, Pecan and Ginger ( boys) Maggie May, Polly Anna, Clara and Tilly (girls).

Six ratties, Bertie, Elliot, Ffion, Evie, Berry and Blossom. Two gerbil terrors, Demelza and Tinks, two hammies, Joshua and Tai-Chi....Not forgetting my four other doggies apart from Bluebell my Whippet !

I just adore animals and I`d love a couple of ferrets but I have enough to do at the moment !! :huggles:

Toby is so cute Trish i love his colour, and Brian too, he must feel the odd one out amongst your dogs.

J.T your ferrets are gorgeous too, your polecat coloured one reminds me alot of our first ferret Pepper, I hope to get another polecat one soon.

your house sounds a good place to live with all those animals!! I'd love a couple of rats, a friend used to have a few and they were such great fun to handle and so cute.

meant to say I really love that photo its so hard to get pictures of ours together they wont stay still.

They do make fantastic pets, i'd recommend to anyone. We don't use ours for hunting, but they are great little characters and so funny to watch.

Ours are just kept as pets too. They live outside in a big double decker hutch & come out to play in the garden at least once a day. If it's too wet or cold then we bring them into the kitchen for a run around instead. This is the big boy Bungee, he loves a squeaky toy & plays tuggy with them.

Dont know about kids and husband but they are more work for me than all my animals put together :- "

We have two dogs, a cat, snake,7 guinea pigs and about 30 rabbits but i darnt count them (w00t)

Cookie, Fudge, Doughnut and Biscuit. Only 3 in the pic, I don't know where the other one was - and no, I still can't tell them apart!

I have two guinea pigs and a small marine tank with two clown fish, and a goby and shrimp pair.

Shrimp and Goby - the Shrimp spends all its time shifting sand around and the Goby 'keeps watch'.
