has to be breadcrumbed, very good choice  only down side ive noticed is that during the year cranberry sauce can be hard to find, so at xmas i look a bit loony shopping because i bulk buy the stuff :b

Well, I've just got back from an evening meeting which I had to leave before the others sat down to eat

Consequently I am starving and I come on here to find a topic about one of my favourite things ......... CHEESE!!!!! (w00t) :D :D :D

Love most cheese, the stronger the better, especially with fruit

But I have to pass up on the goat's cheese - that makes me feel like Hely does about ordinary cheese :x

Typical isn't it Jane, try not and think

about food and then you spot this on

a dog forum

I think I have died and gone to heaven on this thread!!

How do you do that - I used lasgana topping for the white sauce, put 1.2 ton of cheddar on top and put it in the oven until it is crispy!!!!

Oohh...my mouth's watering. I'm hungry and I've just had my lunch (w00t) .

Jarlesberg is my favourite. I love most of the continental cheeses, I just hate cheddar/red leicester...those sort of cheeses (unless they are melted into/over something)and Stilton :x . I like goat's cheese, but in small quantities. It's especially nice with red onion marmalade (discovered this combination in Pembrokeshire).

Mmmm goats cheese and red onion marmalade - fantastic. Also brie and mango chutney in a soft roll is delish!

The children's favourite is tuna pasta bake - large tin of tuna mixed with fried leeks, peppers and garlic, pasta and cheese sauce, then lots of cheese on top, bung in the oven and serve with brocolli and carrots - YUM!
