Poor you Trish and poor Phoebe, what a day you have both had :( Bet your nevers are somewhat fraid today  .

Good luck :luck: :luck: at the vets tonight and lots of :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: to Phoebe.

Poor you, I hate the waiting more than anything. :luck: :luck: for your appointment with the vet.

right where back and im shattered, the results where inconclusive she could have osteo something or other he explained it as a degenerative bone disease on the joint of her toe,but hopefully that wasnt the case, she is to take anti bs and anti imflam..... for 10 days a higher dose than before and fingers crossed she improves with them,if not she will need to be seen by a specialist :( .

what a long day its been im shattered and have a headache coming on :( roll on tomorrow

:huggles: Sorry it's been such an awful day for you both. Hope things improve for you. Sounds like a soak in the bath and a glass of wine might be in order!

fingers crossed Phoebe improves with these tablets....bless her heart.Trish you need to take it easy tonight...have a glass or two of wine and try to relax. It's been a long day for you (still feel bad for pm'ing you this morn about Murph,as if you didn't have enough on your mind).Sending hugs to Phoebe and you :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: :huggles:

hope she improves on this lot of medication trish send you all lots of :huggles: :huggles: and :luck: :luck:

Sorry to hear they didn't find anything conclusive. I'd agree with Hannah, if you're vet isn't a hound specialist I'd be inclined to get a second opinion from a greyhound vet before going any further  Hope Phoebe isn't feeling too grotty tonight (hope you aren't either :huggles: )

hope the tablets give her some relief. :luck: sorry youve had such a bad day its worrying when theyre in the vets, you want to ring but dont like to keep bothering them.good luck :)

Sorry to hear you have not really been able to get a whole lot further with your vet. Is she insured? If so, I would push them to refer you sooner rather than later to a specialist. Honestly from my experience, once you get to the specialist you are treated much, much better. You get proper updates, more specific and in depth examinations and tests done. I had to push to get my little boy to the specialists, but once I had I was really relieved, they were so good and just got on with doing as much as they could, as quickly as they could.

Hope your head feels a bit better - stress is a horrible thing

Hope you both feel a little better in the morning. :huggles:

What a day you have had Trish :( , hope Pheobe improves on these tablets :luck: :luck: :luck:

Hi Trish just read the latest goodness me!! all that waiting and nothing conclusive :- " well hopefully the tablets will help her but maybe you should consider a Greyhound specialist as many k9ers are suggesting just to see what there findings would be  but i think for now you need a good nights sleep and just relax :)) this type of situation is mentally taxing.

Thinking of you and Phoebe :huggles:
