It is a year ago today that my husband returned home to find my beautiful 4 year old collie bitch, Fizz, lying in the paddock. It was too late to resuscitate her
We don't know to this day why she died, she was extremely fit and, we thought, well.
The autopsy showed no abnormalities.
I miss my girl so much - she was my constant companion and accompanied me wherever I went with my horse, either out on hacks or up the gallops for his fast work.
I haven't ridden since she died - just can't face it without her
I hope you are happy, Fizzy, and that there are lots of people to play ball with you
Love you so much, poppet
