Thank you for your comments!

Girls are sulking at the moment, the day temperatures are rising to 42 Celsius these days so not much whippie running around can be done. We get up at 5.45am to make sure they have at least 45min of relatively cool weather to romp around. Frustrating, as every summer.

Here are few pics of Sasha. She won BIS in Dubai last year under Frank Whyte and Chris Amoo and, to our delight, became res-BIS this year under UK's David Killilea. I took her to Europe last summer (short, fun and expensive holidays!) and she got one CACIB in Hungary, one res-CACIB in Austria and became the Slovak Sighthound Beauty and Performance Club Winner - all in less than 21 days.

She is a great working dog too, we do lure coursing but also hunt in the desert with her.

So it is frustrating now - living down here in Dubai - that I have absolutely NO STUD (and this means NO stud, forget any decent one) for her - nowhere in the region, really.

I am reading the thread on artificial insemination in Whippet Showing section but I doubt very much that I will be able to find a qualified vet clinic experienced enough in dog AI to make it worthy to go through the whole process.. Oh well.

She is a wonderful whippet lady and a great pet, great hunter and it may remain this way.. :- )

Unless one of you would like to come for a nice beach holidays with a whippet boy - sometime in November!

PS: Accomodation free for both! :p

Sasha is a fine looking girl

The heat really knocks them around ay , its cool hear at this time of the year but come summer we get 42 deg. days and Nockie really feels it. Shorter walks and lots of ice cubes to chew.
