Panic.......... you........... your too organised to panic :sweating: How many lists you got ?

Have I read the advert right Classes only go to 34lbs and no 36lb Scratch?

Yes that was the decision made by the organisors of this event, slightly different to the norm

What a shame was looking forward to this event. but now I have nothing to run. I won't be the only one as it's a big jump 34lbs to 45lbs never mind Good Luck to all who run in this event.

Sorry that's how you feel and respect everyones decisions on whether they feel its right or not for their own dogs. We all have to make a choice whether we want to run or not when a format is advertised, whether classes suit us or whether we feel they dont. We decided to try something slightly different with the scratch classes and only time will tell whether its a good decision or not.

If i ran a scratch dog who had in the past won the 36lb classes and run off in the supreme finals as thats what happens in many opens id be running at this open

Would i run a 20lber off levels with a 30lber hmmmmm well i used to run my big bitch who was 33lb with my mums 23lber off levels and still get beat lol and that was on the bends lol

I agree with what you are saying about running a 36lb scr and running off in supreme I have done this.......the difference for me is that it was with one dog 2 at the most. but I would not run with maybe 4 other dogs alot bigger than him. I only asked the question in the first place I wasn't sure. Hope you don't think I was being funny I know it's a choice people have to make.

I understand your point too :)) and didnt take it as you were being funny i was just explaining we are trying something a little different

The winner of the no limit will also recieve trophy to keep

THE WINNER OF THE PUPPY LEGER WILL ALSO HAVER A SILVER SALVER TO KEEP

Would just like to let people know that Shirebrook Staff Social Club have agreed that if anyone would like to camp (or leave caravans) at the venue before Thursday 30th August or after Monday September 3rd it will be a fee of £3.00 per night, other than this the cost will be as advertised in the advert. Please note this has been agreed to enable people who are in this area for champs, to save them taking caravans back and forth if this is easier for them.
