Dennis has developed to skin tags on his elbow.

Is it possible to remove them? If so, can you do it yourself?
 
if they arent painful and they arent cancer can you just leave them? o_O humans develop skin tags all the time and leave them be.

Oh yes I can leave and don’t mind leaving them but if it was a simple pain free process to remove them I would as they don’t look very nice .
 
Roxy had 7 removed at the vets this year. They only decided to do it because one of them on her neck had become really big where she had been catching it under bushes and it kept bleeding, trying to stop her was a nightmare. As she’s 14 they were wary of the anaesthetic but it had to be done. They left her with some as they said there wouldn’t be much dog left if they took them all off
