Just the Nikon D50, mostly on standard settings as I can't be bothered to fiddle :b The lens is a Nikkor 18-70mm.

Lovely pix, my 5 girls have made a very generous offer to come for a few weeks ( with me of course) and do any digging you may ( or may not (w00t) ) require. :D

I can see myself too, only in my imagination as there's never any time to actually do any sitting

 Be careful what you offer, I may take you up on it!

At least puppy-watching was easy today - a birthday present came in the post early (much to the postman's perplexity) and the constant squeeking for several hours nonstop was a good guide as to what he was up to. Live duck-watching didn't last long as an entertainment. -_-

I really NEED some ducklings like those    their little beaks are so cute! What type of ducks are they and what will they grow up to look like? When I get a house with a suitable garden I would love to keep ducks :D

Brilliant pics

These are Indian Runner ducks, hopefully they'll grow up to look like their halfbrother:

If I was starting off, or only keeping one sort I'd get Black East Indians which are bantam ducks, just as beautiful but smaller, friendlier and much less neurotic.

Riss22, we live on the edge of Oxford.

 Stunning photos! Are you a professional photographer??? :D

No, we just have a very nice camera :b We do both work in visual media though.

I am mortified I cannot spell 'hereabout' too :b
