I will just use this thread to put photos of my latest litter as they grow.

Here is Butters...aka Surrey Hill's Golden Boy

He is almost 4 months old in these shots. Butters is a very American-style Whippet, IMO. But a good example of the style. I'm excited about his future. I co-own him.

His owner had a professional photoshoot with him yesterday, and I like to think of this photo as "Giddyup, Butters". It's a Western-style saddle. If he had more British breeding close up, I guess she'd have had to insist on a proper English Saddle (no big saddle horn).

This is Wonder, Surrey Hill's Kentucky Wonder--with a rather scruffy-coated friend. I think she's quite open-minded to hang out with dogs who have that much hair, don't you?:

And her owner tried to stack her, but she decided to nod her head vigorously.

Surrey Hill's Kentucky Wonder lives in Minnesota. She is a real social butterfly.

Her sister, Mira, Surrey Hill's Mirabeau, lives in North Carolina.

There were ten pups in this litter, and I think that I'll get recent pics of most of them soon.

Mira and Wonder are 3 and a half months in these photos.

This is just for fun...Surrey Hill's Ovation, "Bravo", has been back with me for a month or so. He is placed but waiting for his new owners to get back from their summer vacation. In the meantime, I did a story series on him as he is always very funny in the morning as he waits to be fed.

The sire is Ch. Chelsea Chalcedony and the dam is my Ch. Diablesse Surrey Hill Say Yaha who is a granddaughter of Dual Ch. Chelsea Selena etc.etc.etc. (Selena had lots of titles).

Well I suppose I had a bit of help really as I have quite a bit of Chelsea behind some of our breeding too...so I guess I should know the lines and "look" pretty well

Mira, Wonder, and Butters are in show homes. I don't want to jinx them, but I am excited about their futures in the ring. They are pretty likely looking and we hope to do some of this :cheers: quite a bit after the shows. Butters also has a nice brother I will be boarding next week and hope to get good photos of him, too.

Bravo is a doll and he will be going to his companion home in a week. He just wants to be your best buddy.

There were some other nice pups that I might get more photos of later. Maybe I can keep this thread alive for a year by posting updated shots, and we can see how they grow.
