The vet phoned me this morning to tell me that if i wanted to bring STORM home for the weekend i could. hes still dripping blood from his urethra which has been adapted to suit his lack of you know what. the blood is expected to cease itself. apparently because of the repositioning of the urethra this blood issue is the usual result. he now squats like a bitch, starngely enough he knew to do it immediatley post-operation. hes lost a about 4 kgs but ill fix that.

the chemo treatment begins next week so ive to leave him in again on monday afternoon. the chemo will be once a week for six weeks then once a month for ever, with atrip back to vet the following day for a blood check. below are a couple of pix i took when he lay down on a rug. First one pre- op. then post-op.

So glad to here you have him home. Best place for him to recover.

It's a big scar, but nice and clean. It can be distressing seeing them dripping blood, but hopefully that will clear up soon.

Best of luck with the chemo next week and Storms continues recovery.

He is an amazing fella and just shows how quickly they can adapt when surrounded by love.....and you certainly have given more than a life time already :)

Yeh,we can see that John.Ive just been asking myself ,how many of us would have given up by now,and called it quit's.But the old saying still holds true, that a dog's a mans best friend. So we've got to keep our end of the relationship, and be our dogs best friend.I have to give you 10 out of 10 ,no 12 out of 10 for that one John.Good man,and good luck,To you and Storm. ....Billy....
