He is home was so happy to see me tail wagging licking my hands, him and his brother pleased to see each other, he has had a drink been out garden 4 look around and billy wizz now fast asleep!, seems much much better x, bless him :wub: :wub:

he must have been in so much pain before.

Plan A failed, that was put him in kitchen in cage with brothers basket next to him, that was a no no, he cried, and we could here him scratching, when we went down he was panting and not happy so,

Plan B in their baskets in our room, he didn't wander but spent most of the night trying to make his bed to get comfy!!,

Plan C tonight in their baskets in the kitchen it is only small so think they will be fine, he normally sleeps loads anyway and Pete is not bothering him so we will try that.

This am he's been out in the garden, had breakfast a drink and now asleep x :wub:

Hasn't been crying, tail wagging but finding it difficult to get comfy bless him x
 
:wub: Bless him, a definite improvement though even if he was still a little restless. It can't be easy going from having four lovely slender limbs to having a big fat bandage on one...even if it is a glorious shade of purple! ;) Hope he continues to improve.
 
yes we would like a slimmer bandage but if it protects his leg then we will put up with it, though i do think purple suits him x :wub: just been making sure he can't get up the stairs!! at the moment he is asleep he always likes his sleep x, Pete is not happy as he likes to sleep on top of the stairs so is now sulking in his basket in the garden!!, in the sun of course. :wub:

:thumbsup: He does look brighter bless him, so pleased that things have settled down and he is a bit more comfortable. I know that his recovery period will be a long one but you must be feeling so much more positive now. :))
 
Smartie looks very happy to be back home. Hope things continue to improve for him and that he goes on to make a good recovery. I'm sure he will keep you very busy looking after him! :) Thanks for keeping us updated. :thumbsup:
 
Yip keeping me busy!!. He stayed in kitchen with his brother last night, I was worried but he was in his basket when I came down at 6 and we all had a good night's sleep xo

Been following this but then realised I hadn't actually posted :b So pleased he's on the mend ... be well soon little fella :luck: And yes. purple does suit you :)
