I had a great time also, even though I spent eight days in a small tent and didn't get invited to the house party. It was great meeting so many whippet-crazy people. Don't know many names but I recognise several folk in the photos, including Dessie with the dark brindle.

The sighthound show was difficult, 4 whippet rings on the go at once. It was interesting, however, to meet other breeds such as Spanish Galgos; I went swimming at the lake by the showgrounds and the day after the show I went to visit archaeological sites (tumuli, standing stones/stone circles, labyrinth) on the other side of Vaesteras.
