You're right about it being the 2nd reservoir which is Valehouse. The name you're trying to remember is Arnfield and that's on the other side of the road down towards Hollingworth. The other 5 in order from the one nearest the village are Bottoms, Valehouse, Rhodeswood (my favourite to walk around), Torside and Woodhead. I'm trying to picture which building you mean - will have a proper look when I'm out next. Hope Macey continues to improve and she's back home with you soon. :huggles:Which reservoir was that - looks like the second one behind your house?? Is it Ardenfield (I can't remember the name of the three reservoirs??)
My last dog jumped from the top of the building at the side of the reserviour wall right next to the road to Hadfield!!!! Heart was in my mouth to say the least -plus he survived the lamblasting I give!!
Lovely to see the area again!!!
Don't worry Jane - it's not as bad as you think!OMG, there is quite a drop on the other side of that wall, isn't there!!!The trees behind it are only showing half way up
You must have been horrified the first time he did that!!!!!
........... what a lovely walk![]()
