RILEY has gone missing at 6.45 this morning. This is totally unlike him, he just wondered off. This is the Cockermouth area of Cumbria. If you know anyone or are in the area yourself please keep an eye out for him. Unfortuantly he doesn't have his collar on but he is microchipped. If he could be taken to a local vets.

We moved to Cockermouth a few months ago, he has more or less walked out the door and gone!

I wonder if there are any bitches in season roundabout... :unsure: that is a possibiilty as to why hes gone so sudden.

He couldnt have been stolen could he??

Panic over!

Vets called told me one of their nurses had spotted him as they were driving somewhere so I took of turned the corner down the street and there he is trotti g towards me! (My heart is in my mouth thinking of the main road he'd of crossed) He is soaking wet, dirty and shaking like a leaf. The longest Two and a half hours of my life.

He is currently curled up in a jumper with his eyes tight shut. He was more excited to see Milo then us! Going to get him something nice for tea...

Only just read this thread and was thinking how awful. But thank goodness, by half way through you had got him back. It must have been awful for you - I know I panic if Jonah goes missing for a few minutes! So pleased he's home safe and sound. :huggles:

It was quite comical when I saw him down the road- I whistled he stopped looked left, right, head went on his side. WHistled again. Clocks me, tail wags, whole rear end wags. Full pelt gallop at me. Brakes on, turns round, trots back, pees on lamppost, full pelt gallop at me.
