What a beautiful day today, the sun hasn't stopped shining

Its also a good day because the tablets from the doctor have kicked in

and i don't feel sick or dizzy for the first time this week :lol:

oohhhh lovely cool sea, me and gypsy could have done with some of that today, i could only take her out for a short walk this afternoon, it was soooo hot :sweating:

We're not allowed on the main beach between the two

piers at the moment but i dont take them that way

anyway we go to the harbour its quieter
