sorry about the quality they were taken on my phone, but how mad is this for the 31st of march (w00t)

we have like 6inches at least of snow, and its still falling,

and please please please be carfull when driving cause, we were walking up the hill, there was a car parked on the hill and a car trying to pass it, but got stuck do the road was blocked, Numpty man drving his car to come down road far to fast (he obviasly and cant see the block), so OH jumps out to the middle of the road waving the red sledge and the guy brakes skids and misses us nearly hits the fence of a garden, but stopps just before going down the hill, if he had went down t, he would have never ever been able to stop and it would have been a nasty crash, needless to say the guy was a bit shocked but thankfull OH had stopped him, phew! so thats our good deed done for today, heres the pics,

(w00t) Crikey, serious snow!! I have a sister in Glasgow and she said it was snowing there yesterday. At least it's pretty, if inconvenient, rain is just horrible and wet!!

Thought this was supposed to be spring,...Daffodils,....lambs.....buds ...etc and lovely green spring grass... :lol: Its grey and really cold here today

and lashed down all night !!!

where is it you stay sarah? we are on the side of the pentlands, so i dont think, sorry i know not all of edinburgh is like this, OH made it to work in leith and he said once you get out of balerno the roads were fine.

i have to say having lived on the other side of town for the last 3years, we never had any snow and when we did it lasted a day, so its quite a shock to the system living here this year :sweating:

Im more central Scotland, nearer Stirling where the lure coursing was held last year (i think!) For some reason I thought you were nearer this side of Edinburgh. At least your gang look like they are enjoying all the snow! Just hoping it will stay dry for me getting home at 2!

Lots of snow here and it doesn't look like stopping!

Just had the dogs and kids out for a walk over at the golf course and it was up to my knees (w00t) The whippets were having to bounce through it! All curled up fast asleep now, kids included!

Had snow for the last 2 days,,but this afternoon it stopped,,and now a nice thaw,,hardly any left,,but back garden is like a swimming pool,,full of water. Neve seen as much snow, the last 4 months thats all we has,,the white stuff,,hope this is the last of it :thumbsup: Hope we have a nice warm summer for once,,think we Scots need it (w00t)
