I love watching it and learning new ways to train a dog. I managed to get Lady to stop attacking the lounge door whenever someone knocks or rings the front door just by using one of Victoria Steelwell's commands (not sure if I spelt her surname correctly).

What is your opinion on the series?

Yes i love it! :)

I really like it! I like hearing Victoria tell people ' WALK YOUR DOG ' it still shocks me how people can say 'Oh, I walk my dog maybe 1-2 a week'

Dogs have to be walked at least 3 times a day every day. My mum can only walk Lady once or twice a day because both her and Lady are old and I have mobility problems and my stepfather he's got really bad arthritis all over his body because he used to build things and work on people's homes etc. but we make sure Lady gets a walk every day.

Huskies, Labrodores and Border collies need LOTS of walking because they're working dogs. Huskies were originally for helping sledge users in cold snowy countries, Labrodores are mostly used as service dogs (helping the blind, deaf, epileptic etc) and Border collies are usually used to herd sheep and watch over other farm animals so they need lots of stimulation or they become wreckless as Victoria would say if she was on this site right now.

I've not seen it, I'll have to look out for it ;)
You'll LOVE it! Victoria is amazing at training dogs, she even works in America now because she's so good at training dogs.

Victoria even trains cats as well surprisingly lol
She has cats as well as dogs so like Jackson Galaxy, she is able to train cats as well. Incredible woman!

And then they still don't get why the dog spins in circles the owners think its just the dogs going mental!!!! it annoys me too .

I enjoy the show, I think she's very good for helping the less dangerous cases of misbehaviour and very likeable, you can see she cares about dogs :) I wouldn't give her the lead but I'd get an autograph! :D

As for the walking thing, we used to have four jack Russell's, two dobermans and a min pin. They got three runs a week in a field behind our hours and walks whenever the mood hit us. Never had a single problem with that pack! Now that it's just me and one dog it is a bit different, I take her out a lot for walks across the fields as I wouldn't want her to get bored. Also now that we don't have a garden I like to make sure she goes out for regular toilet breaks. Dogs can actually go a lot time without walks as long as they're getting all the mental stimulation they need to keep them content. I know a lot of people that tend to let brain games wear their dogs out instead of taking them on a walk, especially people with dangerous dogs.
