The whippets did very well this weekend taking BIG and RUIG both days.

But a brag for Parnew Foreign Opinion on Saturday took 1st in puppy bitch class, Puppy in group and went onto PUPPY IN SHOW... I am sure Lana won't be too far off posting full results

I did achieve something today ... I had picked Sue's type as prior to judging I predicted the BOB winner and I also felt good that a whippet person picked JD over Striker. The allbreeders tend to go the other way.

Pipers win under Mrs Sutherland took her to her title- nice to do so with a best in group under a whippet breeder. Mrs Sutherland awarded Harry, pipers grandsire( peperone King of Gold(bailey's litter brother) a runner up best in show as a puppy- so she is reasaonably consistent with type!!) Thanks to Peter to taking her to her title.

Thanks Lana, we were very pleased on Candy's puppy in show as it qualified her for puppy in show... Well done to piper!! Piper took intermediate in show as well. On the sunday Candy was 3rd in her class as the minor bitch was a puppy bitch. The blakriva puppy bitch took puppy in group as well.. Thanks again

(w00t) Just back from a lovely day, 24 degrees & just enough wind to make showing comfortable :thumbsup:

AEC Benefit Show : D Addenbrooke - Hound Group. Brie (Shenace Caught Kissn N Public) won the CC & Best Of Breed, young Master Rio (Parnew Foreign Image At Shenace) finally cracked the bridesmaid run of late & came home in the ribbons - CC, RBOB, Best Puppy Of Group & all the way onto Puppy In Show :cheers: (w00t) (w00t)

Piccy's to follow once the official photographer guy gets them online - off for some bubbles, was a particularly special day as the BIS winner is a stunning Golden Retriever who has been pulled out of showing for quite a few years, came back at our National Dog Show (Crufts for NZ!) and won BIS at the age of 10yrs. Today he won his 3rd BIS & has many more than the required 50 CC's to become a NZ Grand Champion :wub: :wub:

Oh yeah - and...... Isis - Racing Ch Shenace Moon Goodess won 2nd in starters in Agility - out of 90 dogs & she is the only whippet :wub: :thumbsup: :cheers: :cheers:
