Ok home now, dogs are fed and shower taken, now I can brag of todays show as Lana has teased you with.................

My boys - Edge (Berinswift KK Penny Kraka) was awarded Chall Dog with Ashton (Shenace All In At Hogarth) Reserve Chall.

Tequila (Cheshunt Creme Tequila) received Chall Bitch with Julie's Bitch Blakriva Lomesome Dove Reserve Chall.

Just a little over the moon about how well my crew did today and over this weekend, but especially today as the Finnish Judge was nil awarding so many dogs that by the time whippets were due to to in I was ready to withdraw and watch from the sidelines. But luckily I didn't although must tell you I haven't felt that nervous about going in the ring for a very long time.

Some more Whippet success just received by phone - Ch Blakriva Chardonnae (Ian and Sue Barnwell) was awarded RESERVE IN SHOW yesterday at Lismore by Mr George Minchinton. What a great boost for this couple who, in the scheme of things, are relatively new to showing.

In steady rain, we were surprised and thrilled when Laser (Ridgesetter Carbon Copy) won Baby In Group yesterday. Then the long wait for General Specials and after the Afghan won BIS, I didn't think the judge would look at another hound, but Laser showed his head (and ears) off and won BABY IN SHOW! So two Baby In Shows now. Scary.

Sorry no pics as it was raining (and will be for a few days) which is good. So if you're wondering what he looks like, we think he's a male version of his mum, Clover. Sorry Ellen
