Me neither (w00t) I know that's Jack and Pixie, but I have no idea where the new addition has sprung from

Come on, fill us in :- "

Is Milo the one on the left whose previous owner has just had a baby? Or am I totally mixed up and wrong

well done TC :D you are the winner

we are 'fostering' Milo for a week to see if he likes Pixie and Jake and to see if Pixie and Jake like him.

It will also give his mummy and daddy a bit of time to make sure they have made the right decision for them.

i think he is having a nice time, he is gradually getting used to this mad house :clown: but he is a bit scared of Pixie.... arent we all, she is afterall the BOSS

I really hope everything goes well for all concerned. Milo looks a lovely little lad  and it seems like Pixie is living up to her name (w00t)

I wonder what I'm going to spend my 10p on (w00t) 8) :- "

:luck: :luck: :luck: with the trial

Well at first I thought it was Toes, but guess Im wrong

Congratulations on your new addition.

I hope it all goes well and they get along.

how long would you say it takes on average for an older whippet to settle in, i would say that at the moment he is still in a bewildered state. adjusting to our routines and the two puppies is quite a challenge for him. he spends quite a while in the day watching from a distance.

i am not sure they have even started to establish any kind of pack positions, is there any way i can make this easier for all of them? it is very important to me that they are all relaxed with each other. :teehee:

if anybody has any experience of this kind of situation i would love to hear how it all went for you.

He's beautiful. There are a lot of new pups about at the moment.

OMG Emily ,you are starting quits a collection . Milo is  and I,m sure he will settle in well . Even with the little  Pixie

Umm Pixie will probably be the Boss of the boys as girls do :huggles:

fairly well i'd say.

his mummy and daddy couldnt get down last weekend so they are coming this weekend instead.

i think he seems quite settled, definitly not as jumpy as he was, especially with pixie.

in fact i think the tables have turned slightly there :- " she has been a bit wary of him, he is a bit rougher than jake sometimes and she backs off (w00t)

i think they are still sorting out their pecking order,

he looks good on the tripe and veg diet, and has got the hang of eating up as quick as the others or losing it.

since we put the hardboard on the top of the crates for safety he quite likes a lie up there in the sun with pixie which is nice.

all in all they are very happy, we just need an extra sofa now :D

well i do hope it works out for little milo.it takes time for everyone to adjust to a new arrival whether human or canine!just give them time and make sure theyre all treated the same and hopefully it will all work out well.good luck. :luck: :D
